Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report and contended that earlier representation was submitted involving the same land which is the subject-matter of dispute. To that effect, the police authorities have already registered Khejuri PS Case No. 87 of

2025 dated 20.02.2025.

It is also contended that the investigating authority on conclusion of investigation has submitted charge-sheet on or about 30th April, 2025 against the six private respondents.

In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of the investigation, she will approach the jurisdictional criminal court which will decide the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Having considered that the police authorities have already taken steps in respect of the same allegations in relation to the land, I am of the view that no fresh order is required to be passed in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 9853 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending connected application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with

the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioners.
