Jaglul Kabir ..for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barackpore to dispose of the application for injunction filed in Title Suit No. 286 of 2018 expeditiously.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the injunction application is otherwise ready for hearing and the next date for hearing of the said application has been fixed on July 15, 2025. He further submits that 15th July, 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the application under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, C.O. 1479 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barrackpore to take up the hearing of the applications under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure and the application under Order 39 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, if the

same is otherwise ready for hearing, shall make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

No order as to costs.
