1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was bail earlier. He had misused his liberty and his bail had been cancelled. Minor victim is a special child. She is yet to be examined.

3. Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
