1. CAN 2 of 2024 has been filed to extend the time granted to the appellant/writ petitioner to submit reply to the show cause notice in the judgment dated 21.05.2024.

2. Considering the facts pleaded in the application, the time for filing the reply is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order. On receipt of the reply, the adjudicating authority shall fix a date for personal hearing and complete the adjudication and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from date on which the personal hearing is concluded.

3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
