We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused. He had assaulted the victim resulting in his death. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
