1. The present revisional applications have been preferred by the husband and wife praying for hearing of the two separate proceedings by the same court.

2. Considering the submissions made by the parties and on consent of the parties and also the fact that the wife in the present

case resides at Serampore, Hooghly, the two cases should be tried at Serampore Court, Hooghly.

3. Accordingly, Matrimonial Suit 1615 of 2022 pending before the Learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Court, Howrah be withdrawn and be transferred to the Court of the Learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Court at Serampore, Hooghly.

5.CO 1430 of 2026 and CO 1673 of 2026 stand disposed of.

6.Parties to act on the server copy of this order.

7.Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Court for immediate compliance.

8.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties after completion of all necessary formalities.
