As the same issue is pending before the Hon'ble the Supreme Court and the matter is being examined in national level, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition in this Court.

Hence, the same is disposed of.

In case the petitioner has any issue to be pointed out, she shall be at liberty to point out the same before the appropriate authority.
