The State of West Bengal and others (Through Video Conference) The present petition has been filed in public interest in May, 2021 regarding infrastructure available for treatment of Black fungus infected patients. After filing the present petition it was not followed up by the petitioner. This Court has already passed various orders in public interest litigation pending in this Court regarding monitoring and treatment of the COVID-19 pandemic patients. We do not find any reason to entertain any further petition for the same relief.

In case the petitioner has any issue to be pointed out, she shall be at liberty to point out the same in the litigation pending in this Court.

The present petition is disposed of.
