The victim suffered gunshot injury.

Petitioners stand implicated in the incident. In such circumstances, considering the long absconsion of the petitioners, the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioners as transpiring from the materials in the case dairy, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. CRM (A) 1716 of 2023 is rejected.
