Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner again submits that there are some incurable defects in the writ petition filed on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner would not like to press the same and would instead file an application afresh.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a proper application afresh on the selfsame grounds.
