The matter appeared in the warning list on 29th November, 2022 and thereafter transferred to the regular list on 5th December, 2022. There was a clear indication in the list that the matter shall be transferred to the daily cause list on 5th December, 2022 and since then the appeal is appearing in the list. The appeal is of the year 2014. The appeal is defective. The Additional Stamp Reporter in its report dated 29th march, 2014 has indicated a few defects.

The appellants have due notice of the defects but in spite of having sufficient opportunities, they have not taken any steps to remove the defects in the meantime. It clearly shows that the appellants are not interested to proceed with the appeal. The report filed by the Assistant Registrar, S.R. Section dated 23.12,2022 indicated that the defects pointed out by the Additional Stamp Reporter in its report dated 29.03.2014 have not yet been removed.

The appeal is dismissed for non-removal of the defects and for non-appearance.
