Admittedly, commercial quantity of contraband (Phensedyl) was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and a co-accused person.

The petitioner says that he has been in custody for one year two months. He further says that chemical report is not available.

Learned advocate for the State draws our attention to the chemical report. It is positive.

In view of the statutory restrictions in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, this application must fail.

The application for bail being CRM 3803 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
