Ms. Amrin Khatoon ... for the petitioners Learned advocate on record of the petitioners submits that there are some incurable defects in the petition. The petitioners would not like to press this application. She submits that instead the petitioners would like to file a proper application afresh on the self same grounds.
Accordingly, on the prayer of the learned advocate on record of the petitioners, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.
On the further prayer of the learned advocate on record of the petitioners, the Office is directed to return the certified copy of the F.I.R. annexed with the revision petitioner to the learned advocate on record on usual undertakings and upon supply of a photocopy of the same for the records.
The parties shall act on the basis of copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
