1. This matter has come up for correcting a typographical error in the order dated 7th May, 2026. It appears that while recording the order, the writ petition number has wrongly been recorded as "WPA 10087 of 2025" in place of "WPA 10087 of 2026". It has also been identified by the office that the writ petition itself bears the incorrect writ petition number at page no. 1 and for reasons as aforesaid, the mistake has crept in.

2. Be that as it may, since the above appears to be a typographical error, let the same be corrected.

3. Leave is also granted to the petitioner's advocate-onrecord to correct the first page of the petition where the writ petition number has been incorrectly recorded.

4. Other part of the order dated 07.05.2026 shall remain unaltered.

5. After arguing the matter for some time, the learned advocate for the petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the above writ petition being WPA 10087 of 2026 with liberty to approach the Division Bench in WBLRT 164 of 2010.

6. Since the petitioner does not want to proceed with the writ petition, let the same be dismissed without adjudication on merits.
