The petitioners, working with the Singraidih Primary School, Jamtoria Circle at Purulia, have applied for mutual transfer with one Prosenjit Pal, Assistant Teacher of Sunia F.P. School, KhandaghoshI Circle, at Purba Bardhaman to the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education on 2nd April, 2024.

In those circumstances, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education may consider the petitioners' application off line for mutual transfer strictly in accordance with applicable Rules and particularly after ascertaining the willingness of the counter part within a period of 12 weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate

orders thereof. The DPSCs/DIs concerned shall forward all papers of service of the petitioners including the information whether the petitioners have been confirmed, to the WBBPE forthwith.

Let a copy of the writ petition be served along with a copy of the order on the DPSC/DI and the Board.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
