The present revision is of the year 2019 praying for setting aside the impugned order dated 2.4.2019 passed by the learned District & Sessions Judge, 1st Track Court, Chandernagore in connection with Criminal Motion No.8 of 2018 arising out of order dated 27.11.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Chandernagore in connection with Misc. Case No.214 of 2016 under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C.

As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
