This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 29th August, 2024 passed by this Bench.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that the order of this Hon'ble Court has already been complied with. In support of his contention, he produced before this Court certain documents, including the order sheets. Let the same be taken on record.

The order sheets, as produced, indicate that by an order dated 21st February, 2025, the Misc. Case No.06 of 2016 has been disposed of.

As the order of this Court has already been complied with, we are not inclined to proceed with the contempt petition any further. Accordingly, the contempt petition, being CPAN 729 of 2025, is disposed of.

Needless to observe, that the petitioner would be at liberty to assail the order dated 21st February, 2025, if he finds himself to be aggrieved by that order.
