The petitioner is aggrieved by registration of FIR No.43 of 2023 dated 7th February, 2023 by the Krishnaganj Police Station, Nadia.

The petitioner claims that he had no role to play in the subject matter of the complaint of the Booth Level Officer dated 7th February, 2023.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner has effective alternative remedy under section 482 of the CrPC and after assessing the facts of the case this Court need not entertain this matter under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner as indicated hereinabove, the writ petition shall stand disposed of. 5.

There shall be no order as to costs.
