Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that no application for alimony pendente lite has been filed by the opposite party till date. She further submits that March 15, 2025 was fixed for peremptory hearing and the next date has been fixed on December 3, 2025.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 1486 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, 6th Court at Alipore to make an endeavour to dispose of Matrimonial Suit No. 863 of

2021 as expeditiously as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, provided the petitioner is not in default in payment of any alimony or maintenance.
