ORDER

The present writ petition is claimed to have been filed in public interest claiming that immediate relief be granted to women and children if their family members have expired because of Covid. State Legal Services Authority (for short, 'SLSA') is directed to ensure that proper advice is given. The learned Courts below be directed to take up the matters relating to domestic violence and pass interim orders within one
WPA(P) 157 of 2021 week. Provision be made for vocational training of the women whose earning has been affected because of Covid-19 pandemic. 2.
As far as the issues pertaining to payment of compensation and rehabilitation on account of loss of family members or earning capacity is concerned, the same is already pending consideration before this Court a number of writ petition filed in public interest. Hence, the issue shall be gone into in those petitions. As far as help from the SLSA is concerned, there is nothing placed on record that any of the affected persons has ever been refused such a help or aid. In fact, the SLSA is providing such help to all the persons who are in distress and approach any of the offices located either at Kolkata or any district or suburban areas. There cannot be any direction issued to the learned Courts below to pass interim orders. The orders are passed considering the merits of the controversy. 3.
For the reasons mentioned above, we do not find any case is made out for entertainment of this writ petition. The same is accordingly dismissed.
