Report submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Islampur Police Station, Murshidabad Police District reflects that "during enquiry, it could be found that Murshidabad Patni Co-Operative Society Ltd. has already taken up the charge of Chak Islampur Ferry Ghat on 19.04.2025 at 8:00 hrs with the strong assistance of Police Authority of Islampur Police Station. The copy of undertaken is attached herewith for kind perusal (Annexure: I)". Since the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed, as police assistance has been rendered and the ferry ghat is being operated by the petitioner,

no further interference is called for in the present writ petition. Accordingly WPA No. 9307 of 2025 stands disposed of.
