The present revisional application was preferred challenging the proceeding arising out of Baduria P.S. Case no.

83/2011 dated 15.03.2011 under Section 363/366/372/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner approached this Court at a stage when the investigation of the case was under progress. The revisional application was preferred almost 10 years ago and no information has been furnished before this Court regarding outcome of the investigation which was initiated for such grievous offences.

Having regard to this fact, I am of the view that no interference can be made at this belated stage and without latest position before the learned Trial Court being available. Accordingly, CRR 1501 of 2011 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
