For the State Mr. Shibasis Chatterjee ....For the respondent no. 6 Petitioner is aggrieved that in the direction passed in TS 25 of 2023 by the learned Civil Judge Junior Division, 1st Court, Jangipur, Murshidabad wherein the learned Court was pleased to direct status quo to be maintained in respect of the nature, character and possession of the suit property and the subsequent direction on 03.04.2025 upon the Officer-in-Charge of Raghunathganj Police Station. No steps have been taken by the police authorities. Petitioner complained that his fruit bearing trees were being attempted to be destroyed and the petitioner is also being prevented from taking care of the same.

Learned advocate for the respondent no. 6 disputes and denies the allegation to the report which has been submitted. It reflects that proceeding has been drawn up under Sections 126/135 of the BNSS for preventing any untoward situation and information regarding the

order dated 14.01.2025 has been brought to the notice of both the parties.

Having considered the present state of relationship between the parties police authorities are directed to continue the surveillance and ensure that no untoward incidents results because of the strained relation between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9664 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. Copy of the report has been handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
