In connection with Beldanga Police Station Case No. 66 of 2025 dated 4/2/2025 under Sections 69/78/356(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

1. The prayer for anticipatory bail is on the ground that the complainant has registered the case against the petitioner and her husband on the allegation that the petitioner and the complainant were in the relationship a few years back. Subsequently, the complainant married the coaccused in the present case.
2. It has been alleged that her husband having seen some photographs and videos of the complainant and the petitioner when they were in a relationship started to malign her reputation in public.
3. Considering the nature of allegations, wherein it appears that the complainant was not a minor at the time of incident and the case has made out against the petitioner, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail.
4. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two registered sureties of Rs.5000/- each, to the
satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses.
5. The application for anticipatory bail is thus allowed.
6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
