Mr. Subrato Roy ...... for the State Report is placed on record. It appears from the report that petitioners have not any criminal antecedents. We have considered the materials on record. Seized stolen articles have already been recovered. In view of the aforesaid facts, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioners may not be necessary and they may be granted pre arrest bail. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on condition that they shall cooperate with investigation and shall meet the investigating officer once in week until further orders.
Petitioners shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
The application being CRM (A) No. 2334 of 2022 is disposed of.
