Heard learned Advocates appearing for the petitioner. None appears for the respondents in spite of notice given by the petitioner twice.

In this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order of attachment pursuant to the assessment proceedings arising out of Certificate No.RC 4014 of 2021 dated 22nd July, 2021 initiated by Securities and Exchange Board of India(SEBI) Authorities.

I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned attachment proceedings in this writ petition, which has arisen out of a proceedings and demand which has been travelled up to the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the questions/issues now being raised in this writ petition were never raised earlier upto the stage of proceedings before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Considering the facts and circumstances as appears from record and the pleadings and annexures to the writ petition, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned attachment proceedings and,

accordingly this writ petition being WPA 9174 of 2022 is dismissed. However, dismissal of this writ petition will not prevent the petitioner from availaing any other remedy if available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
