1. All the petitioners stand implicated in an incident of assault where, iron rods and sharp cutting weapons were used.

2. Six persons suffered injuries. The injuries vary from deep cut injuries on the head to other wounds on the body. All the injured implicated the petitioners before us in such incident.

3. Considering the gravity of offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
