Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not connected with the concern in respect of which the present allegations are being made. At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the present petitioner has not been made an accused, as of now. However, let her cooperate with the investigation of the case.

Let the petitioner cooperate with the investigation if any notice is issued to her. The Investigating Agency shall be at liberty to issue such notice within three weeks from this date giving ample time to the petitioner to respond.

In these peculiar circumstances, if the petitioner is made an accused in future, let the same be intimated to her before taking any coercive measures.

No further order need be passed in this regard. With the above observations and directions, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
