The writ petition was filed praying for a direction upon the police to act in terms of the guidelines framed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court with regard to issuance of notice under Section 41A CrPC.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners applied for obtaining anticipatory bail which has been allowed by the Learned Trial Court.

In view of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous. The same, accordingly, stands dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
