Petitioner has approached this Court as the petitioner apprehends that he may be dispossessed after being restored to her possession.

The State has submitted a report. Report reflects that apart from Serampore PS Case No. 363/21 and Serampore PS Case No. 184/2022, another case being Serampore PS Case No. 102 of 2022 was registered for investigation and chargesheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court.

Having considered that the police authorities have already taken steps and they are continuing their vigil I am of the view that if any inconvenience is reported to the police station at the behest of both the parties, police authorities would ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

12298 of 2024 stands disposed of.

Needless to state that since no affidavits have been called for the accusations made in the writ petitions are deemed not to have been admitted. All parties shall act on the Server Copy of this order duly downloaded from the Official Website of this Court.
