This is an application for anticipatory bail. The State says that proclamation has been issued against the petitioner. We find that the proclamation has been issued following the provisions of Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In view of the aforesaid, this application is not maintainable.

CRM 3831 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
