Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

The application is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated December 13, 2021. The Court is informed that the petitioner complied with the order dated December 13, 2021.

The State and the de facto complainant are represented. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition

that the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer once a month till the conclusion of the investigation and that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. C.R.M. 3830 of 2021 is disposed of.
