1. The petitioners complain of alleged inaction on the part of Bharatpur Police Station in respect of a complaint against the private respondents.

2. Bharatpur Police Station has submitted a report dated 10th June, 2022 in the form of instructions addressed to the State Advocate, which is taken on record.

3. It appears therefrom that the disputes between the parties are primarily in respect of possession of certain land.

4. This Court is of the view that the parties may approach an appropriate a civil or statutory forum in this regard.

5. Bharatpur Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
