It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to inadvertent mistake, the name of the petitioner was wrongly inserted in the cause title of the petition for anticipatory bail. Consequently, the order granting anticipatory bail dated October 4, 2021 be corrected.

State is represented.

Considering the fact that there is a typographically error in the order dated October 4, 2021 the same be corrected. The name of the petitioner "Mr. Ramesh Sain" as appearing in the order be corrected as "Mr. Ramen Sain".

In view of the correction being incorporated today, it would be appropriate to extend the time to comply with order dated October 4, 2021 for a period of four weeks from date. Accordingly CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
