The writ petitioner has addressed a communication dated 11th April, 2025 to this Court that she will appear before this Court after the Summer Vacation.

The matter is listed today, after the Summer Vacation.

Learned counsel for the State has filed a report dated 25th April, 2025 issued by the Inspector-in-Charge, New Town Police Station and the same is taken on record. 4.

It appears from the report that steps have been taken by the New Town Police and investigation into the FIR in question has been completed. Final Report as Mistake of Fact vide New Town FRMF No.139/22 dated 30th June, 2022 has been filed by the New Town Police. 5.

Therefore, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application.

Hence, the contempt application is disposed of.

7.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors, if any, is dispensed with.

8.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

9.

There shall be no order as to costs.
