3. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim. She stated she had been forcibly taken to Delhi. Petitioner wanted to marry her. In view of the aforesaid materials on record and as the victim has not yet been examined, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
