However, it was not submitted at the time of hearing of the appeal that the appellant is in correctional home serving sentence which was set aside by this Court.

Accordingly, the appellant be released from the correctional home at once on production of the judgement dated 7th March, 2022 and the instant order be made part of the judgement dated 7th March, 2022. ( Bibek Chaudhuri, J.)
