Mr. Ranjan Saha, learned advocate for the State submits that in compliance with the direction dated February 21, 2025, the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), Birbhum, the respondent no. 3 herein, has calculated the interest payable to the petitioner on the arrear salary, which is amounting to Rs. 1,24,347/-.

The respondent no. 3 is directed to take steps for disbursement of the said amount in favour of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

W.P.A. 10355 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
