1. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that, the police conducted the investigations and submitted a final report before the jurisdictional Court in July, 2025.

2. Since the police does not find any cognizable case being made out in the police complaint, continuance of criminal revisional application is not warranted.

3. Parties are at liberty to take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum.
