1. On behalf of the writ petitioner a letter dated 29.10.2025 as written by the writ petitioner addressed to the new learned advocate of the writ petitioner is filed today and the same is taken on record.

Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner submits before this Court that pursuant to the said letter an appropriate order may be passed for allowing the writ petitioner to withdraw the instant writ petition with a leave to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

3. In view of such, WPA 9660 of 2025 stands hereby withdrawn and disposed of.

4. Liberty is given to the writ petitioner to file similar such application on the self-same cause of action, if so advised.

There shall, however, no order as to costs.
