The petitioners say that this is their fifth application for bail. The State says this is their seventh application for bail. Whatever it be, the fact remains that several applications by the petitioners for bail have been rejected by this Court earlier.

We see no reason to re-consider the prayer of the petitioner. However, we are told that the petitioners are in jail for about 3 years 5 months. We request the Learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and bring it to a conclusion at the earliest as the business of the court may permit. We may also note that such a request had been made by an order dated July 31, 2019 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. We hope that the learned Trial Court shall keep in mind that order as well as this order of this court and do the needful. The prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM No. 3836 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
