Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for one year ten months and the case has not progressed, as such petitioner may be released on bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the quantum of seizure effected from this petitioner itself appeal to this Court for rejecting the bail earlier. I have taken into account the earlier order passed on 04.02.2026 in CRM (M) 121 of 2026 wherein the prayer for bail of the co-accused was allowed while that the present petitioner was rejected. I do not find any change of circumstance since the earlier order having been passed. Accordingly, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 1053 of 2026 is dismissed.

Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record.
