Report submitted by the State is taken on record. It appears from the perusal of the said report that sole accused/petitioner Somnath Paul @ Khokan Paul, son of late Amarendra Nath Paul has expired on 05.12.2018. Death certificate is also annexed with the said report.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the case against the present petitioner gets abated.

Accordingly, CRR 1388 of 2018 is, thus, disposed of with above observation.

In view of the disposal of the main application, the connected applications, if any, also stand disposed of. ( Ajay Kumar Gupta, J. )
