1. The private respondent in the writ petition has filed an application for review of the order dated February 28, 2024. There is delay of 360 days. An application seeking condonation of delay in filing the review has also been filed.

2. Respondents in the review application are directed to file affidavit in opposition to the application seeking condonation of delay and to the

application seeking review of the order passed within a period of four weeks. Affidavit in reply, if any, be filed within a fortnight thereafter.

3. List immediately on completion of the aforesaid time period.

4. As there was no direction upon the electricity distribution company limited to disconnect electricity line of the residential premises, the authority shall restrict the disconnection only to the commercial premises.

5. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
