The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is against the alleged inaction on part of the police station on his complaint dated 24th May, 3021 being annexure-P/1 of the writ petition.

Learned advocate appearing for the State on instruction submits that the allegation of inaction on the part of the police authority is incorrect as police has already treated the said complaint being ananexure-P/1 to the writ petition as FIR and started the case and the police will proceed in the case in accordance with law Considering the submission of the parties, I find no reason to interfere and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed.
