Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the learned trial court and her apprehension is that she may be taken into custody. Learned advocate submits that she was granted bail earlier on 23rd September, 2022. Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Aniket Mitra, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

In view of the fact that the petitioner being a lady, she is directed to appear and surrender before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Basirhat, North 24 Parganas in connection with S.C. No.681 of 2022 (G.R. Case No.3426 of 2022) corresponding to Baduria Police Station Case No.527 of 2022 on or before 23rd June, 2023. In case, she appears and surrenders, learned sessions court

would allow her to continue on the same bail and bond and to ensure her presence by imposing such conditions as the learned sessions court deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1466 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
