It is submitted by Mr. Vaisya, learned counsel for the DPPG that the pension payment order has been issued. Copy of the same is kept with the record.

It is expected that the concerned treasury officer releases pension to the petitioner upon furnishing documents of identity, bank particulars and any other necessary documents and forms.

The contempt application is disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
