Now it appears that the District Inspector of Schools (S. E.), Purba Medinipur has given hearing to the school and also hearing to the petitioner and passed his order on 01.11.2022. A copy of the order contained in the Office Memorandum dated 01.11.2022 be supplied to the learned advocate for the petitioner and a copy of the same is kept on record.

Therefore, nothing remains in this contempt application and the contempt application is disposed of.

I am told that the alleged contemnor Mr. Dipak Chandra Bhakta has already expired and some other person is working in his place. However, the

contempt application is disposed of, as the order has been substantially complied with.
