For the State Affidavit as called for by the order dated July 12, 2021 filed in Court today be taken on record. It appears from the affidavit filed in Court that the police registered a complaint of the petitioner as FIR on July 15, 2021 under Sections 420/406/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code that the investigation with regard thereto is in progress.

In such circumstances, the police having registered the complaint of the petitioner as a FIR and are proceeding with the investigation, no further interference is called for at this stage.
