Sl. 7 06.08.2025 Court No.6 BP C.O. 1495 of 2025 With CAN 1 of 2025 MPCON Limited -versusMICROSYS Mr. Probal Mukherjee, Sr. Advocate Mr. Suhrid Sur ..for the petitioner By an order dated 7th May, 2025 this matter was sent to the mediator. The mediator has filed the final report stating that the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled by mediation and they have mutually agreed that the sum of Rs. 9,25,000/- shall be paid by MPCON Ltd. to M/s. MICROSYS as full and final settlement and there will be no further claims/dues from any of the parties to the dispute. The parties were given liberty to file a joint compromise petition in that regard before the next date of hearing. Mr. Mukherjee, learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the joint petition for compromise has been filed being CAN 1 of 2025.

In view of the withdrawal of the suit, nothing further remains to be decided in this civil revisional application and the same accordingly stands disposed of by recording that the disputes between the parties have been settled by mediation. Accordingly CAN 1 of 2025 and C.O. 1495 of 2025 stand disposed of. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
